Tanks! Update: QoL

Fixed the glitch where in the play menu sometime the name and color text stops the player from interacting with the input fields.
Added see thru effect
Fixed an unknown bug where nametag for self propulsionist will not show
Fixed the bug of tanks resetting to spawn position when round ends
Maked the tanks track retain it’s original color
Fixed the bug where damages and explosion force dealt are wrongly calculated, they are now much less as intended
